I started Komplete because I wanted to practise the way I think physiotherapy should be done. The same person from your first call to your final session, hands-on treatment when it is useful, exercises that fit your real life, and enough time to listen carefully and explain things in plain English.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, supporting an elderly family member, or simply want to move more comfortably, the goal is the same: a clear plan, steady progress, and an honest conversation about what is and is not working.
