In-home physiotherapy
Physiotherapy that comes to Mum or Dad's living room.
Home visits across the Hills District growth corridor for older clients, Support at Home recipients, and anyone who finds getting to a clinic difficult, particularly in the early weeks after a hospital stay or surgery.
Who home visits suit
Built for older adults, post-op recovery, and family members coordinating care.
Older adults at home
Patients who find clinic visits tiring or impractical. Falls prevention, strengthening, mobility, and ongoing maintenance in your own living room.
After surgery or hospital
The first weeks after hip or knee replacement, spinal surgery, or any procedure where leaving the house is difficult. Surgeon protocols followed carefully.
Family coordinating care
Adult children organising support for a parent. Happy to attend reviews, send brief updates after each session, and coordinate with GPs or care managers.
Suburbs covered
Five suburbs across the Hills District corridor
If your suburb is not listed, call and we will confirm whether the trip is workable.
Support at Home
Government-funded in-home physiotherapy for older Australians
Support at Home replaced the Home Care Package program on 1 November 2025. Physiotherapy is funded under Clinical Supports with no patient contribution for eligible older adults. If you (or a parent) already have an approved Support at Home plan, we can work alongside your care manager to schedule visits.
- Eligibility starts with a free assessment via My Aged Care
- Physiotherapy sits under Clinical Supports
- Visits can be weekly, fortnightly, or as agreed in your plan
- Family members can attend appointments alongside the patient
