Free Phone Consult, Initial Consultation, Standard / Follow-Up Consultation, Home Visit Initial Consultation, Home Visit Follow-Up Consultation and Medicare / CCMP appointments can all be booked online. Appointments are booked through Halaxy, the practice management system Komplete uses. You will choose an appointment type and time, and enter your details there.
Workers Compensation and CTP appointments cannot be booked online. Call 0466 708 219 with your referral letter and claim details and we will arrange the appointment for you.
Booking a Medicare CCMP appointment? Your GP needs to have a Chronic Condition Management Plan in place and to have referred you to Komplete before your appointment. Without a current plan and referral, Medicare cannot reimburse any part of the fee and the full amount is payable on the day. Call if you are not sure whether yours is current.
