Opening offer terms and conditions.
These terms apply to the Komplete Physiotherapy new patient opening offer. Please read them in full. If you have any questions, call 0466 708 219 before booking.
- This offer gives 30% off the standard Initial Consultation fee at Komplete Physiotherapy. The standard Initial Consultation fee is $120. With this offer, the total amount payable is $84.
- Available to new patients only. A new patient is a person who has not previously been treated at Komplete Physiotherapy.
- Limit one per person. Applies to a single Initial Consultation.
- Offer ends 11:59pm AEST, 31 July 2026. The Initial Consultation must take place on or before this date.
- Not available in conjunction with WorkCover, CTP, or any other third-party funded service.
- Medicare: this offer can be used with a Medicare chronic condition management rebate. If your GP has placed you on a current chronic condition management plan that includes physiotherapy, you pay the offer price of $84 on the day and claim the Medicare rebate yourself. The Medicare rebate for a physiotherapy chronic condition management service (item 10960) is $61.80, leaving an out-of-pocket cost of around $22.20. The rebate is only available if you hold a valid GP chronic condition management plan referral and have not used your five Medicare-rebated allied health visits for the calendar year. This is not a bulk-billed service. Bring your GP referral to your appointment.
